We strive to bring you all fight results and fight news in a timely manner, but we stay away from the tabloid stuff because that’s just not how we roll.

Astrid Bidanec–Managing Editor & Webmaster

Astrid earned her Master’s degree in multimedia journalism from the University of South Florida. She has been working in the news media since high school and got her undergraduate degree in print journalism at Austin Peay State University in Tennessee, where she also served as editor-in-chief of The All State campus newspaper. Since moving to Tampa in 2007, she has been plugged into the mixed martial arts (MMA) grid. You can usually spot her at MMA events where she shoots action pics to run with her stories.

Guillaume Coufleau–Assistant Editor & Marketing Guru

Guillaume (we call him ‘G’)  has been practicing martial arts since his early childhood and learned judo at the family dojo of French champion Stéphane Traineau. He is a fan of traditional martial arts, especially Japanese swords disciplines like Tameshigiri. He discovered mixed martial arts when UFC 1 aired and became an instant fan. He also loves to watch Pride FC videos. He now puts his passion into writing for MMA SPHERE and always posts all fight results live.

Adam has been an avid MMA fan for almost half his life. He pretty much eats, dreams, and breathes MMA. When he is not watching a fight he is either talking or writing about one.
